6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
Return Window
• Used Items: Returns accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
• New Items: Returns accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements
• New items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
• Used items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without additional wear, damage, or missing components.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Digital goods
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
